UPDATE (August 22, 2024): Hatfield’s Island View Resort is located on beautiful Island Lake located in Becker County Minnesota at 23546 Warbler Way, Detroit Lakes, Minnesota. (Approximately 20 miles east of Detroit Lakes, and 20 miles west of Park Rapids, Minnesota.) Island Lake is a 1,179 acre lake with a maximum depth of 38 feet. Anglers can expect to catch Walleye, Perch, Largemouth Bass, Smallmouth Bass, Bluegill, Crappie and Northern Pike. The north end of the lake is federal reserve land which contributes to the lower population on the lake. Island Lake is spring fed and is perfect for fishing, skiing, boating, swimming and relaxing.

We are in the process of selling all individual cabins and permanent trailer sites as a Common Interest Community. In addition to the 3 remaining cabins listed below, we have 2 permanent trailer sites for sale. The trailer sites are ready for you to bring your trailer with existing sewer, water and electrical hookups. All cabins and trailer sites will have space on the lake for your dock and boatlift.
